Urban Encounter Ministries Premier Event
Seeking the Lost is an event that will change the way you look at evangelization. Our ministry would like to share our conviction that God is raising up souls to "go out" and preach the good news of the Gospel. This is also your chance to see our ministry house in person, and make an impact in the Hilltop, by hitting the streets with our team!! The event will culminate with an optional service on Sunday, September 15th where we will have a chance to pray with the very same people we evangelize to the night before, with the hope of leading them into a deeper encounter with Christ. Be activated and sent out!!!"

The Well Friday, Sept. 13th Speaker- Bryan O'Donell
Bryan O'Donell is the President and Founder of Urban Encounter. He started Urban Encounter over 5 years ago with a strong conviction from the Lord to bring broken neighborhoods back to the heart of Jesus. He lives as a full-time missionary in the men's ministry house. Bryan is full of holy zeal, love and conviction for the poor and has a wonderful gift of evangelization.
Bryan will be speaking on "The Plague of Indifference". We need to stay connected to Jesus so that we may not fall into the trap of indifference and become numb to injustice that is plaguing our world.

Street Evangelization
Join us for evangelization in and around the Hilltop! Meet at the ministry house where we will pray together and pair up to go out on the streets.

Bringing people to Jesus is our goal. New Believers is a landing spot for those we encounter during our outreach. Please join us, as we share the Gospel message and minister to those who are just beginning their journey with the Lord.

First Friday adoration
Adoring Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament helps us to carry out our mission. Come and intercede for the renewal of the Hilltop. We dedicate each First Friday to intercession for those that do not yet know the love of Jesus.

why we Gather
Why adore our Lord?
The reasons for adoring our Lord in the blessed sacrament are many but simple.
Primarily we worship God because He is WORTHY of our praise, and He deserves all of our admiration, honor, and love.
Worship is also an act of obedience, when we worship we fulfill the commands of scripture where St. Paul tells us to be "singing and making melodies in your heart to the Lord"

The first Friday nights also provide a place for us to come and receive from the Lord in adoration as he speaks to our hearts in His presence.
These acts of reparation and worship are so powerful and necessary for the transformation of a city. We believe the Presence of God can come and change the entire area of the Hilltop.
